This notice describes what the ROTNAD app actually collects today.
What we collect
- Account details: full legal name, email, mobile phone, date of birth, street address, city, province or state, postal or ZIP code and country.
- Identity verification: a profile picture and photos of the front and back of your driver's licence.
- Circle records: your circle memberships, payout turn, contributions and the payment proof images you upload.
- Technical data needed to keep you signed in securely.
Why we use it
- To verify your identity before you join a live circle.
- To keep accurate contribution and payout records for your circle.
- To let organizers contact you about your circle.
Who can see it
- Only you and the ROTNAD organizers can see your full name, address, identity documents and payment proofs.
- Other members of your circle see only your username, avatar and payout position.
- Your files are stored privately and shown only through short-lived secure links.
Services we rely on
- Our hosting and database provider stores your account and files.
- Organizers receive a Telegram alert when a new member signs up.
- Contributions are sent by Interac outside the app. ROTNAD does not hold or move funds.
- We do not use advertising, analytics trackers or session recording.
Your choices
- Download a copy of your data at any time from your Profile page.
- Request account deletion from your Profile page. An organizer reviews each request; some contribution records may need to be kept.
- Correct your details from your Profile page.
